Bass guitar with five strings, fretless fretboard and Delano fretboard, including gigbag
With the Human Base Jonas 5 Fretless Natural the bass manufacturer from Waldems presents a first-class 5-string fretless bass. With beautiful woods, high playability and optimal sound characteristics, the bass guitar is suitable for virtuoso solo playing as well as for band accompaniment with the typical, indulgent sound of a fretless fingerboard.
Neck-Through Construction
For the construction of the Jonas 5 Fretless Human Base uses an elaborate neck-through construction. The neck is made of five pieces of birdseye maple and amaranth (Purpleheart), while maple is used for the body wings. A visual highlight is the solid amaranth top, which gives the bass guitar its characterful look. The fretless fretboard made of African ebony also provides the silky appealing fretless tone. Practical side lines in the fretboard flank also help with the clean intonation of the notes.
Delano pickup and top-class hardware
With a Delano Soapbar pickup, the Jonas 5 Fretless delivers top-notch Bass sounds at the bass amp with fine detail representation of the indulgent fretless character. For precise adjustment of the Bass sound, the five-string also features an active 3-band tone control that can be switched off if desired. Three-dimensionally adjustable Human Base mono-rail bridges with practical Quick Change tailpieces and precise Kluson bass machine heads complete the Jonas 5 Fretless E-Bass by Human Base.
