Make Noise Jumbler in detail
Make Noise' Jumbler is a unique module for combining, swapping and distributing signals in the Eurorack modular system. The module is able to re-address audio or CV or clock or gate/trigger signals. Instead of patching from a source to one or more destinations as usual, Jumbler allows you to reconfigure or jumble the routings of a patch manually and via voltage control. The six inputs are connected to the six outputs with just two parameters. This can be done manually and/or via CV. ROTATE determines the sequence, RADIATION the combination of the sequence. Thanks to its analog, VCA-based design, Jumbler is specially designed for smooth transitions and hybrid signals. With gate, trigger or Clock signals at the inputs, rhythms, beats and patterns can be turned completely upside down. Applied to audio signals, different oscillator waveforms could be wildly combined into multiple filters, mixers and VCAs in a beautiful and new way. Or imagine three stereo signals connected to three stereo effects: then the left side of the grain sampler and the right side of the stereo filter are on effect 3, but only as long as an LFO modulates the RADIATION parameter. Jumbler inspires the imagination in an ingenious way when patching and dissolves "fixed wiring".
