The Nux Pedals MG-300 is a small but enormously powerful modelling processor for first-class guitar sounds. With authentic amp simulations, an extensive effects section and numerous other useful features, the MG-300 is ideally positioned for any application.
Premium sounds thanks to TSAC-HD technology
For authentic simulations of classic amplifiers and effects, the MG-300 relies on the innovative TSAC technology (True Simulation of analogue Circuit). This sophisticated system simulates the interaction of various components within analogue circuits, creating not only the sound but also the feel of sought-after amplifier behemoths with astonishing precision.
High-Quality Cabinet Impulse Responses
The NUX MG-300 provides numerous impulse responses of the most famous speaker cabinets. These high-quality impulses with 512 samples can be combined with the provided amplifier types to provide the right sound for any application. In addition to the option to use third-party IRs, you can also easily create your own impulse responses for your favourite cabinet.
Extensive effects section
As part of the MG-300's large FX library, tried-and-true sounds from the Mini Core and Verdugo series are of course used. For example, the popular delay sounds of the Nux Cerberus or Atlantic are on board, while iconic stompboxes of well-known manufacturers have been accurately implemented. For real-time control of parameters, the compact modeller provides an integrated expression pedal. The effects library of the NUX MG-300 includes numerous effects from the areas of modulation, distortion/overdrive, reverb, wah and many more.
Integrated Phrase Looper with Rhythm Section
In addition, the NUX MG-300 has its own looper function with the rhythm section. The phrase looper known from the NUX Loop Core offers up to 60 seconds of recording time with an unlimited number of overdubs and can furthermore be accompanied by 8 different rhythm styles with 7 different beats each. Both functions play a hand in hand so that the recorded phrase is automatically adjusted to the beat of the rhythm section.
USB connection for recording and editing software
The USB port of the NUX MG-300 expands the functionality of the compact model immensely. The MG-300 can be operated as a full-fledged audio interface for use with DAWs, allowing you to capture recordings in first-class sound quality at any time. It's also easy to edit internal presets using the free QuickTone Editor software for Windows and macOS, and to load third-party IRs.
