Description

The particularly elegant version of the reference converter

RME offers with this version of the ADI-2 Pro a particularly noble variant: The Anniversary Edition! As with the ADI2 Pro, the interface scores with outstanding technical features such as high sample rates up to 768kHz (PCM), DSD playback and recording, powerful headphone outputs, AES/EBU, SPDIF and ADAT connections and many more.

The special features of this limited edition (500 interfaces), however, are the black and elegant housing with the transparent top, the interior lighting with 3 LEDs, an additional metal shielding in the XLR input, gold-plated connectors and screwable feet.

Together with the powerful firmware update, it brings RME additional innovations to both the Standard and Anniversary editions. The optimized DSP -code frees up resources for additional features. Channel 1 and 2 now have individual settings, the digital volume control has been revised and new mute options are now available. In addition, it is possible to assign 4 function keys while the user interface has been revised and a bit transparency test indicates whether the system is working digitally flawlessly.
