The Roland Super UA USB Audio Interface is a state-of the art audio interface for Mac and PC that combines high quality sound, premium build quality and low latency performance. The Super UA is an interface that delivers your music with amazing clarity and maximum impact with Roland's newly developed S1Lki DSP engine and high-resolution DACs. The high end DAC supports 2.8 MHz/1-bit DSD and 192 kHz/32-bit floating point PCM playback. This allows you to hear the full resolution of your DAW's 32-bit audio engine, allowing you to hear the most precise edits and subtle mix details.

The Super UA has been designed with portability in mind. The musician of today is often on the go, and this audio interface caters to this. It has a flexible, modular design making it feel like a permanent fixture in the studio yet very portable when on the go. The Super UA simply consists of two main parts. The main tabletop unit with two channels of TRS I/O and headphone jacks and a separate I/O module that connects with a single, durable cable.

The main tabletop unit features a large multi function knob surrounded by marking LEDs, along with illuminated buttons t o all four inputs, two sets of monitors, and two sets of headphones. The I/O module is equipped with 4 XLR plugs for hooking up microphones and studio monitors. Whilst on the move, you have the choice of taking both the main and I/O unit, or just the main unit. The main unit can act as a standalone 2-in/2-out with dual headphone jacks, giving you exceptional performance while on the on the road.

The Super UA feels solid and reliable to use. This was a main priority for Roland when developing the unit, so they made entirely from die-cast metal. It has a rubberised back meaning it grips whatever surface you lay it on. The knob feels solid and clicks, giving you realistic and reassuring feedback, and the meters and controls are LED illuminated, making them bold and beautiful.
