Roland TD-30K V-Drums Digital Drum Kit

With the sets of the TD-30 series, the world discovers a new definition of the term "High End". The centre piece of this set is the TD-30 sound module which produces the Super NATURAL sounds with help from "Behaviour Modelling". This produces an extremely precise and powerful playback of all strikes, regardless if on the Toms, snare, cymbals or kick. A professional V-Edit mode makes it easy to produce custom sounds. With the USB port back-ups can be saved and even WAV and MPS audio file formats can be played back. Via a second, separate USB port the module can be connected to a computer.

TD-30K Pads

Even the pads have been modified, the PDX-100 Tom pads features a new Rim sensor, which differentiates dynamic stages and rim shot depth even better. The tom pads come in a size of 10" and each has two trigger zones, which can be configured with sounds as desired. Furthermore, the three Tom Pads of TD-30K have a Dual Mount function, which allows the pads to be fixed in two different ways on the rack. The snare pad is 12", it can be attached to the snare stand and has a black finish.The connection between the edge and mesh is optimized and promises a flawless triggering.

Cymbal and hi-hat pads of the TD-30K Kit

By attaching the pads to a conventional hi-hat stand, the authenticity of the feeling is maximized by a multiple. The hi-hat pads are movable cymbal pads mounted on a base plate. The cymbal pads have a natural oscillation behavior and accurate triggering with Choke possibility resulting through optimized weight-balance and sensitivity. The ride cymbal pad has even three trigger zones; the rim, the playing surface and the tip. The 15" crash cymbal pad also allows to choose between two trigger zone distributions: either edge to playing surface or playing surface to tip, what allows to turn the crash into a ride cymbal.

TD-30K Rack

Equipped with flexible ball-clamps for the toms and the snare, the set can be comfortably adjusted to the desired setting. The cables are housed for an ordinary state in the linkage and the cymbal holders have a boom stand function.
