With the Victory VX100 The Super Kraken, the British amp manufacturer presents a 100 watt all-tube top that raises the sound of the popular Kraken Amp to a new level and proves to be a true beast for modern Metal amps. Accordingly, the " Gain I" channel not only offers top-quality British hot rodded Overdrive sounds, but also dynamic, crystal-clear sounds in the Clean "I" mode. The " Gain II" channel, on the other hand, delivers the juiciest Distortion American-style impression. Thanks to the " Preamp Focus " and "Bass Focus " functions, the sound image retains maximum definition and assertiveness even in extreme Gain settings and drop tunings. In addition, the Victory Super Kraken features two master volumes, a serial effects path and MIDI extensive equipment.
The preamp of the Victory VX100 The Super Kraken is based on four ECC83 tubes and covers a wide sound spectrum with two channels. The " Gain I" channel stands for the juicy crunch and Overdrive a hot podded amp of British design, while the "I" Clean mode tames the beast and delivers transparent clear sounds with lively dynamics. The " Gain II" channel, on the other hand, features American-style brute Distortion sounds. In addition, the Victory Super Kraken offers an integrated Boost " Preamp Focus " that not only Gain enhances that, but also tightens the bass foundation, so that the sound retains its contour and assertiveness even with maximum Gain and deepest drop tuning. A common 3-Band tone control for both channels is also available for adjusting the sound image.
