I bought this bag after I learnt that my amp head, Vox NT15H G2 (Vox Night Train, 2nd Gen), happens to be the same dimensions as the THR10, plus or minus 1 cm (3/8").
It provides my amp head with great protection, without having to worry that the dials or toggles on the amp will get caught on something or suffer even a slight impact during transport. This will also help to protect your amp not only from dust but also from moderate temperature and humidity fluctuations. Pockets are useful and strap might be useful, but I prefer to carry the amp by the handle for security.
If you have nice gear (like the Yamaha THR, or a Vox valve head) that you want to keep for a long time, you've got to protect it. This case does it better than anything else I've seen in the market, including fishing tackle bags.
