The AKG PT420 pocket transmitter is particularly small and lightweight. With only one AA battery or one NiMh rechargeable battery, the system is ready for operation for up to 8 hours. The sensitivity for the input signal of the respective connected microphone can be continuously adjusted directly on the bodypack transmitter. The rechargeable battery pocket transmitter can be charged in the optional CU400 charging station via the integrated charging contacts.

The 3-pin mini-XLR connector is compatible with all AKG clip-on and headworn microphones. The AKG MKGL instrument cable can be used to connect all types of guitars, basses or keyboards. Thanks to the excellent frequency response of the AKG PT420, the instrument signal is transmitted without distortion.
