Based on the first rack-mountable programmable studio effects processor, the
Eventide SP2016 license code
provides a warm reverberation that can be heard on countless hit productions. Today, this unmistakable sound is now available for any DAW and ready for immediate use. Six specific reverb sounds or authentic emulations of the Room, Stereo Room and High Density Plate algorithms are available, each in two versions: Vintage and Modern. The Vintage versions correspond to the original up to bit resolution, while the modern algorithm sounds more open and offers more diffusion and a higher amplitude resolution. In general, these algorithms reproduce every aspect of a natural reverb in the sense of a room simulation - from complex early reflections to the natural compression of the echoes over time to the soft, Gaussian finish of the reverb tail. Another special feature is the unique Position parameter, which lets you control the reverb effect so that it integrates perfectly into the mix.
Mono room:
The basic, matter-of-fact, no-frills room. It is a mono effect with stereo outputs. The extreme pre-delay range makes it possible to use this effect for reverb doublings and single echoes.
Stereo Room:
Creates the ambience of a large concert hall, with a very clear, natural reverberation.
Hi-Density Plate:
Plate-like reverb with two pickups that simulate the effect of a larger, heavier plate. With this reverb, vocals, guitars and percussive instruments can be made much bigger and brighter than they actually are.
