With the Ibanez Premium RGT1270PB-CTF Cosmic Blue Starburst Flat, the Japanese guitar giant is launching an RG electric guitar with an elaborate neck-through construction, which is the perfect all-round guitar for rock and metal with excellent playing characteristics and a multi-faceted sound. In addition to the full-length maple-walnut neck in a pleasantly flat "Wizard III" profile and body wings with a chic poplar burl top, the premium RGT1270PB-CTF guitar has three powerful DiMarzio pickups, which deliver crystal-clear cleans as well as juicy overdrive and distortion sounds on the guitar amplifier. As a real shredder guitar, the premium RGT1270PB-CTF Cosmic Blue Starburst Flat naturally features an Edge Double-Locking Tremolo and Gotoh tuners.

Thanks to the elaborate neck-through construction and the proven RG design, the RGT1270PB guitar offers a powerful sound and excellent playing characteristics. The heart of the electric guitar is undoubtedly the full-length, seven-piece neck made of maple and walnut wood, whose flat "Wizard III profile" creates the best conditions for butter-soft playability. Jumbo stainless steel frets on the ebony fingerboard also promise butter-soft bendings, while large block inlays and fluorescent side dots mark the layers. Last but not least, the basswood and burl poplar body wings give the RGT electric guitar a dignified look.
Powerful DiMarzio pickups in the HSH setup elicit top-class clean and distortion sounds for rock and metal from the guitar amplifier.
Flexible sound with DiMarzio pickups
Ibanez chose an HSH setup from DiMarzio as the pickup for the RGT1270 guitar, which, in combination with the classic 5-way circuit, elicits a broad sound spectrum for rock and metal from the guitar amplifier. The DiMarzio Air Norton humbucker in the neck position delivers a deep and warm sound with the perfect amount of transparency for glassy cleans and singing overdrive. At the bridge, on the other hand, the DiMarzio The Tone Zone pickup provides juicy distortion sounds that can be perfectly shaped by the playing style thanks to the dynamic response. Last but not least, the True Velvet single-coil in the middle position contributes velvety tones with a bell-like response.
Gotoh tuners on the headstock in typical Ibanez style ensure that the RGT1270PB electric guitar is precisely tuned.
