The pickup has a lot of potential. Very nice playability and sustain. Tight on the lower strings. The only thing that I didn't like is the top end. The highs are more than is necessary. I did fix it by installing a filtering capacitor and I am pretty happy with the result.
Overall, it is a quality pickup, better than many branded ones.
