The Organelle makes the search for new sounds and experimentation with new sounds much easier!
It combines a flexible sound engine with intuitive usability and musical controls.
The result is an instrument with limitless tonal possibilities and loads of fun.
Flexible:
The heart of the Organelle is based on a computer which calculates Patches.
The Patches allows the instrument to record various forms.
Input and output hardware, selectable knobs, as well as a keyboard and buttons allow Patches, which can be either synthesizer, sampler, effects or anything else in between.
Expandable:
The Organelle comes pre-programmed from the factory with many Patches and new Patches can simply be loaded via USB.
Simply choose from the constantly growing and updated list of presets, save them onto a USB stick and that’s all you need to load and play your new patches in the Organelle!
Customizable:
You can’t seem to find the exact patch you are looking for? Then create your own!
Patches can be edited directly on the device or with a computer. Connect a keyboard, a mouse and a monitor and edit the Patches right away.
The Organelle is based on the “Pure Data” protocol, although the device can also be reprogrammed with more simpler program languages.
Open Source:
When you create new Patches, or edit existing Patches, you can share them with others.
Organelle was developed intentionally to be part of community, because the entire system is based on open source software and every facet to the tiniest detail can be changed.
