Needed a back up stand for practising home and to easily carry for gigs in small clubs with acoustic sets. This is exactly what I needed. Really cheap, it cannot be stressed a lot because closing and reopening too often due to poor workmanship....but hey! It costs 19 euros!!!!

Good for learning or practicing. Wouldn't take it on tour.
I bought this for my eight year old who was struggling with my Mapex Armoury Hi Hat stand. It is much lighter, smaller and thinner but in this application it's fine. The clutch is a bit flimsy and the pedal is thin, but I'd have no worries if this is for a child, a learner or for a practice kit. The mechanism works fine and it's holding well. All told, I like it, but I'm not selling my other one any time soon.
Purchased as part of complete hardware package. For the price, this Fame stuff really has no right to be as good as it is. Not sure it would survive a long tour or being used at a busy rehearsal room, but if like me you are just gonna set it up and leave it be in your own space, it should do just fine. Excellent value.
