Stratocaster electric guitar with rosewood neck and Custom Shop Fat '50s single coils, including case

As a special limited edition model, the Fender American Professional II Rosewood Neck Stratocaster Lake Placid Blue offers coveted premium upgrades at the custom shop level. Built in Corona, California, the Factory Special Run Stratocaster combines classic series features with a fine rosewood neck and three Custom shop-wound Fat '50s pickups that give the American Professional II Stratocaster the authentic voice of traditional Fifties Strats. In addition, the Fender American Professional II Rosewood Neck Stratocaster Lake Placid Blue comes with matching hardshell Case and a certificate of authenticity from the Fender Facility in California.

Deep C neck made of rosewood

Instead of the traditional maple neck, the Fender American Professional II Rosewood Neck Stratocaster Lake Placid Blue features a one-piece neck made entirely of solid rosewood. Thanks to its Deep C profile, it features the proven playability of the American Professional II series and offers comfortable handling of the 22-fret Narrow Tall format, while the contoured neck foot of the alder body provides improved accessibility to the highest registers.

Custom Shop Fat '50s Single Coils

As another upgrade, this Limited Edition Stratocaster counts on a trio of Custom Shop Fat '50s single coils wound by the Fender Custom Shop. Wound to the specifications of the earliest Strats, the single coils draw on historic components to create that famous fifties Strat character with a raw, yet characterful tone. Using the push/push function of the second tone control, the neck pickup can be switched to the bridge and middle pickup, and the American Professional II Rosewood Neck Stratocaster Lake Placid Blue can be given additional sound options.
