Doheny e-guitar from the G&L Tribute Serie with Wide-Bobbin MFD Single Coils
Named after the southern Californian Doheny Beach, the G&L Tribute Doheny RW presents itself as a real surf rock tool. The elegant offset body design is made of lime wood and equipped with 21-fret maple neck according to a traditional recipe. Two Wide-Bobbin MFD single coils are used to provide the awesome sound. Their wide bobbins with wide windings generate a distinctive single coil character with additional mids and sustain. Thanks to passive PTB electronics, the tone controls act as 2-band equalizers to reduce bass and treble, while the Dual-Fulcrum tremolo allows classic vibrato sounds.
The G&L Tribute Doheny stands for the traditional vintage surf-style.
