The Golden Age Project EQ 573 is a 500 series format module of an equalizer based on a classic module from the 70s, but has been expanded to include additional frequencies in the mid and high frequency range. The EQ 573 features a fully discreet signal path and vintage style electronics for a musical, warm and punchy tone – just as the unit from which it was derived.
The EQ 573 includes a low frequency control with eq points at 33, 55, 100, 175 and 300Hz with a boost or cut of 15Db, a mid-frequency control with EQ points at 240, 350, 500, 700, 1k, 1.6k, 2.4k, 3.2k, 4.8k, 7.5k and 10k with a boost or cut of 15dB and a high frequency control with EQ points at 8k, 10k, 12k, 16k and 20k. Also included is a high pass filter that starts at 50Hz and sweeps through to 12kHz. Each of the bands can be individually switched out leaving the signal path unchanged.
