The Hotone Ampero One is a powerful amp and effect modeler that impresses with its compact format and convenient operation via the 4" touchscreen. Based on a powerful SHARC Dual-DSP, the combination of "Comprehensive Dynamic Circuit Modeling High Definition" (CDCM HD) and "Field Impulse Response Enhancement" (F.I.R.E.) delivers particularly natural sound experiences for electric guitar, electric bass and acoustic instruments, but also keyboards and synthesizers. Furthermore there is an integrated looper and a drum machine. Besides stereo outputs, the Hotone Ampero also has a USB port for the integrated audio interface or firmware updates. An expression pedal as well as aux-in and headphone jack complete the Hotone Ampero One Modeling floorboard.
The core of the Hotone Ampero One is undoubtedly the powerful Analog Devices SHARC Dual-DSP, which provides more than enough computing power for the particularly natural sounds of the sophisticated "Comprehensive Dynamic Circuit Modeling High Definition" (CDCM HD) and "Field Impulse Response Enhanced" (F.I.R.E.) engines. For an especially comfortable and intuitive operation, the Hotone Ampero One also offers a large 4" touch screen, which allows editing effect chains and settings as you are used to on a smartphone or tablet.
The input jack of the Hotone Ampero One has a high impedance of 4.7 MOhm, so that the effect device can be used smoothly with electric guitar, electric bass, acoustic guitar or keyboard and synthesizer. The modeling floorboard provides a total of 64 natural-sounding amp simulations based on well-known amp classics, covering every range between crystal-clear clean sounds and brute high-gain distortion. In addition, the amp models can be combined with 60 speaker simulations and 100 effects, including classics such as chorus, flanger, phaser, overdrive and wah, as well as compressors, ring modulators and bit crushers. The expression pedal allows you to control certain effect parameters during a song.
In addition to the extensive equipment with simulations of amplifiers, speakers and effects, the Hotone Ampero One also features an integrated looper, which allows for the recording and playback of varied backing tracks with 100 seconds recording time in mono or 50 seconds in stereo mode. The onboard Drum Machine provides 100 different rhythm patterns from the most popular music styles. Furthermore, the Hotone Ampero is equipped with a chromatic tuner, which quickly and precisely tunes the instrument used to the correct pitch.
Last but not least, the Hotone Ampero One convinces with an extensive range of connection peripherals that make it an all-rounder for almost every purpose on stage, in the recording studio or in the living room at home. The unbalanced stereo outputs allow the signal to be passed on to the guitar amplifier or directly connected to a mixing console, active monitors or recording equipment. A USB port is provided to use the internal audio interface with a DAW or the free editor software. A connection for an optional second expression pedal, aux-in and headphone jack complete the Hotone Ampero One modeling processor.

Ampero one is incredible bang for buck - responds to playing dynamics very well touch screen very easy to operate ... I could go on but if your wavering , don’t .

The Hotone One is amazing, such great sounds achievable with very little fiddling. I’m now using this instead of my helix! Yes the helix has more options, but I’ve been able to make this sound great with much less work.
