4/4-classical guitar, all solid, cedar top, rosewood body, 650 mm scale length, 52 mm nut width, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard, high gloss finish.
With the fully solid Profesor Cedro the Spanish manufacturer Juan Hernandez enriches his generous selection of fine concert guitars. Due to its lightweight construction consisting of a cedar top and a rosewood body, the instrument develops a very expressive response that unfolds the warmly colored tone quickly and perfectly in the bass and midrange frequencies. The high-quality guitar owes its easy playability in all 18 frets to a flat mahogany neck, which is equipped with a noble ebony fingerboard and due to a nut width of 52 mm has enough space so that even extensive fingering patterns can be accomplished with little effort. A conscientiously crafted saddle and a finely notched nut also ensure clean intonation over the entire scale length of 650 mm. The characteristic headstock is equipped with gold tuners, which not only allow for comfortable and precise tuning but also subtly emphasize the value of the instrument. The Hernandez Profesor Cedro is rounded off with a wafer-thin high-gloss finish that highlights the fine grain of the woods used in a very aesthetic way.
