The Kali WS-12 is an active subwoofer for use on stage and in the studio. The powerful all-rounder is equipped with a 12" woofer and a powerful Class-D power amplifier with 1000W maximum power. Its frequency range reaches up to 23Hz - a distinctive bass reproduction up to the sub-bass is no problem.
The bass reflex port is on the front, but the cabinet is optimised to such an extent that the typical disadvantages of such a configuration cannot occur. This way the Kali WS-12 delivers direct sound and can be positioned freely in the room without having to struggle with air noise and turbulence. The WS-12 subwoofer can be driven via XLR, balanced jack and RCA and the tweeter signal can be output to the satellites via XLR. The crossover is configured via dip switches on the rear panel and allows crossover frequencies between 40 and 140Hz in 20Hz steps. In addition, the active bass box can be adjusted to the Kali Audio LP-6/LP-8/IN-8 monitor speakers. An LFE mode for eg. mixing film music is also included. Phase inversion, gain and input selection are also implemented via the dip switches.
A sturdy 18mm plywood cabinet, solid large handles, durable finish and tight front grille make the Kali WS-12 absolutely stage-ready, while the limiter circuit and large headroom allow for carefree leveling.
