Bolt-On construction with high playing comfort
For the construction of the TRBX 204 Yamaha uses proven ingredients and manufactures the body from selected hardwoods, while for the bolt-on neck maple and a Laurel fingerboard are used. The ergonomic design of the body ensures a comfortable playing position. In addition, the particularly comfortable C-neck profile is full and comfortable in the hand, so that every groove succeeds with ease.
Versatile tones
The electric tone conversion of Yamaha's TRBX 204 Old Violin Sunburst electric bass is handled by pickups equipped with ceramic magnets in the classic PJ setup. Continuously mixable via the balance control, the split coil in the middle and the single coil at the bridge deliver a wide range of different sounds, ranging from rich growl in the low mids to wiry presence tone with great assertiveness.
