Soundfetishist David Gilmour has had himself designed by EMG a complete electronic on the pickguard, which corresponds exactly to his ideas.
Three SA pickups, the Strat - Vintage variant in Single Coil - format, are combined here with the popular EXG Guitar Expander , a kind of mid-range reduction with simultaneous treble and bass boost for the most transparent strat sounds, which previously could only be produced with complicated EQs in the Studio format. Also on board: The SPC unit, which does exactly the opposite, i.e. lifts the warm lower mids. This makes it possible to create load-bearing, warm lead sounds, which also make it easier for the following Amp to pull. Both controls are turned back, but you also have the pure sound of the pickups and also the vintage sound is noble. The whole thing comes pre-wired on a White Pearl Strat Pickguard .

The EMG pickups have transformed my guitar. The service from dv247 was amazing - I ordered it on Wednesday, it arrived the next day giving me plenty time to install and set it up (which was very easy even tho my guitar is a non-standard Strat) for my gig on Saturday. I am a very happy customer and will be back to support this company!
