The Fame Forum IV Modern Semi Hollow Tiger Eye Satin impresses as a versatile electric guitar with contemporary equipment and a high playing comfort. The slim mahogany body in a semi-hollow design with a beautiful flamed maple top provides a comfortable playing position, while the generous cutaways offer unhindered access over the entire neck. The neck is made of mahogany and is traditionally glued, while the flat "D" profile fits comfortably in the hand, so that every riff or lick comes out of your hand as if by magic on the ebony fingerboard. At the amp, the proven combination of a Seymour Duncan SH-2n Jazz at the neck and a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB at the bridge delivers versatile sounds ranging from pop, blues and rock, enhanced by authentic single-coil sounds thanks to coil split. The integrated piezo pickup system also provides first-class acoustic guitar sounds, so that there are no limits to your tonal variety and musical expression. The Fame Forum IV Modern Semi Hollow Tiger Eye Highgloss is completed by a Tune-O-Matic bridge with stopbar tailpiece and precise locking tuners.

High playing comfort and careful selection of wood
The Fame Forum IV Modern Semi Hollow is made by experienced luthiers in Europe and impresses accordingly with its careful selection of wood and flawless workmanship. The body features a resonance chamber and is made of khaya mahogany with a top made of figured maple, whose unique grain is accentuated by the finish. A noble highlight here is without doubt the sharply contoured curvature of the top with a cutaway, which ensures unhindered playability over the whole range. The neck made of Sapelli mahogany lies comfortably in the hand thanks to the perfectly proportioned "D" profile, allowing every note to play almost by itself on the ebony fingerboard.
With two humbuckers by Seymour Duncan and a piezo pickup system in the bridge the Fame Forum IV Modern Semi Hollow delivers versatile sounds.
Seymour Duncan Humbucker for sounds between Blues and Rock
Thanks to the versatile pickup appointments, the Fame Forum IV Modern Semi Hollow delivers a very flexible sound. With a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB at the bridge and a Seymour Duncan SH-2n Jazz at the neck, a proven pair of humbuckers is used to deliver the right sound for every genre between Blues, Pop, Rock and even Metal. The bridge pickup convinces with a high output and the enormous assertiveness of its sharply focused mids, while the neck pickup brings every note to life with endless sustain and a warm vintage voice. Thanks to the coil-split circuit, authentic single-coil sounds with the typical bell-like clarity of sound are also available.
The front volume knob is designed as a push/pull pot and activates the piezo. With the mini switch the humbuckers can be split into single coils.
Piezo pickup system
Besides the magnetic pickups the Fame Forum IV Modern Semi Hollow is equipped with a GraphTech Ghost piezo pickup system which is integrated into the bridge and features an active preamp. The system is activated by pulling the front volume knob and delivers authentic acoustic guitar sounds with brilliant highs and typical attack behaviour. The volume of the piezo system can be adjusted via the rear potentiometer, making mixing sounds with the magnetic Seymour Duncan pickups possible.
The Fame Forum IV Modern Semi Hollow has a semi-resonant body made of Khaya mahogany, while the glued neck is made of Sapelli mahogany.
The Fame Forum IV Modern Semi Hollow is equipped with locking tuners for precise tuning and quick string changes.
Hardware from Schaller/Gotoh and GraphTech
Last but not least, the Fame Forum IV Modern Semi Hollow convinces with its high-quality hardware configuration, which can be used on stage and in the studio with unlimited reliability. From the traditional stopbar tailpiece, the strings are led over the GraphTech Resomax Tune-O-Matic bridge, whose string saddles are made of String Saver graphite material and house the Ghost Piezo elements. Also from GraphTech is the Black-TUSQ saddle, behind which the strings are secured to the headstock by precise locking tuners.

The Fame Forum IV Classic P90 combines classic humbucker sounds for steamy riffs of the Blues to hard rock in bridge position and vocal, expressive neck sounds of the single coil in P90 format. The Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB humbucker, which has been tried and tested for 40 years now, operates in the classic Hot-Rod manner with increased Output and a well-resolved frequency spectrum, while the Seymour Duncan P90 Sopabar aptly complements the distinctive sound of the neck position with its pronounced high mids. The additional Mini Switch also provides a coil-split option for the bridge humbucker, which can also elicit softer sounds with attack-rich response from the Fame Forum IV Classic P90 if required.

amazing instrument sounds fantastic has a great feel looks as good as much more expensive guitars but the guitar was poorly shipped the cardboard was very soft no gig bag was included & there was a chip on the top of the headstock you did refund 50.00 dollars for that & the gig bag arrived today I love the guitar but how it got sent the way it did I'm surprised there wasn't more damage.i still give hot a top rating because the guitar is that good & you addressed the issue quickly

I've REALLY gelled with this guitar. First thing first the wood on this guitar and the craftsmanship are TOP notch. I was not impressed with the electronics the Duncan pickups, while a classic combo, didn't suit my needs. I put shur thornbuckers in right away. While the piezo pickups are graphtech the preamp is not, I changed that out as well. I also added a tone control and removed the piezo switch for a piezo volume (can be done with a mini pot). As you can see I'm super particular about my electronics so I don't fault fame, especially at this price. I will be buy another one! But, can we get a few more color options for the semi hollow!???
