I wanted to have a stand that would hold my laptop and not just my controller. Great packaging, very good flexibility of ways to construct depending on space and needs. It is quite a big piece of furniture however sits well in my setup.
but it really didn't do it for me, the laptop part really needs too much space for my unit. Used without that part for just the mixer. Quite large for the DDJ-800 but it is fine.
