Jazzmaster -Construction with Vintage dimensions
As a replica of the early jazz masters of the sixties, the construction of the '60s Traditional Jazzmaster follows the traditional specifications of the era and accordingly relies on a screwed maple neck in the classically bold 'U' profile. The fingerboar Palisander d also has 21 frets in a thin Vintage format and, not least thanks to its curved 7.25" Vintage radius, gives Bending a classic Vintage feel.
Jazzmaster Alnico Single Coils & Dual Circuit Circuit
Both Single coils of the '60s Traditional Jazzmaster are equipped with Alnico -magnets and are controlled by the well-known classical Jazzmaster rhythm and lead circuits. In the lead circuit, both pickups can be selected via the 3-way toggle switch and controlled via the two volume and tone controls on the lower half of the body. The rhythm circuit, on the other hand, switches to the neck pickup and offers additional slide controls for volume and tone on the top of the body.
Classic Jazzmaster - Hardware
Of course, the famous " Fender floating Vintage " Tremolo including the Caps Lock key for shimmering Vibrato sounds should not be missing on an original Jazzmaster one. In combination with the Vintage-Style Bridge with six individually adjustable string riders, the '60s Traditional Jazzmaster offers reliable setups and extensive adjustment possibilities, while solid die-cast mechanisms on the headstock ensure easy tuning and tuning stability.
