The Foxgear Rainbow Reverb is a versatile Reverb effects pedal for electric guitar, at the heart of which is the FV-1 boutique DSP which delivers 5x types of reverb. Shimmer and Celestial are 2x differently intense shimmer Reverbs, while Church is designed to emulate the natural reverberation of a large space. Spring is a very good sounding simulation of a vintage spring Reverb and RotaryVerb combines the sound of a rotating speaker with a large Reverb. All these types of quality Reverb in one pedal deliver sonic exploration in a tiny package. In addition to the traditional Level, Tone, and Deep controls that adjust the Reverb to your liking, the Foxgear Rainbow also has a control marked Multi that controls each type of reverbs special feature.

Foxgear Rainbow ReverbI was looking for a shimmer reverb which is only needed for a couple of songs in my band's set. After much trawling through the internet I settled on the Foxgear Rainbow. It has five different sttings and all of them are lovely. Worthy of a place on units two or three times more expensive they are lush and atmospheric whilst not sounding digital or harsh. The pedal feels really nice to hold with a solid housing and nicely weighted control knobs. I'm now toying with buying a second to replace my main reverb on my board. And it glows pleasingly when powered up! Can't fault it. Brilliant.
