The Futurelight DMB-160 at a glance
The Futurelight DMB-160 is a powerful and reliable beam moving head, which scores with a 150 watt COB LED in cool white as well as large equipment and is therefore recommended for large events. Thanks to a high-quality glass lens, an extremely high light output is guaranteed. The device has a beam angle of 3°. This is narrow, but not too narrow - so the device is also perfectly suited for use at small to medium distances. Furthermore, the device has selectable 540° respectively 630° PAN and 270° TILT with 16-bit resolution and automatic position correction. The 16-bit resolution of the motors convinces with fast and precise movements.
Gobo wheel and facet prism
In addition to a gobo wheel with static gobos, 17 gobos and open respectively a large selection of 14 colors, the moving head has a prism wheel. Besides the rotating 8-fold prism, which multiplies the images in a circle eightfold, there is a special 6-fold prism, which shows the multiplication in a line lined up. furthermore a frost filter is available, whereby the moving head can also be converted to a wash light. Other features such as an electronic dimmer, stroboscope with adjustable speed and a rainbow effect allow varied design possibilities.
Control
In addition to control via DMX with 11, 13, 14 or 17 channels, the Beam Moving Head can also be used in standalone mode with pre-programmed scenes or in master/slave mode. The scenes can be individually adjusted and loaded into memory via the control board or external controller. Of course, the moving head also has a music-controlled mode. The music is controlled via the integrated microphone according to the rhythm of the music. Of course, the moving head can also be retrofitted for wireless DMX.
Professional equipment
The components installed in the Futurelight DMB-160 speak for themselves: PowerCon input and output as well as 3- or 5-pin XLR sockets from Neutrik, high-quality mechanics and motors, a sophisticated ventilation system, good optics, a high-quality LED and a stable construction result in an all-around coherent product that absolutely meets professional demands.
