The Gretsch G5622T-140 Electromatic Center Block Double-Cut Bigsby Two-Tone Stone/Pearl Platinum was designed for the 140th anniversary of Gretsch to present the typical Gretsch sound even at high volumes without feedback in a limitededition. Accordingly, the traditional manufacturer relies on a classic semi-acoustic construction with a solid center block connecting top and back of the laminated maple body, while two Gretsch Black Top Broad'Tron humbuckers deliver the typically brilliantsound with lively dynamics. Furthermore, the slim "Thin U" profile of the glued maple neck ensures optimal playing characteristics, so that both the classic licks of rock'n'roll and fast Nashville pickings come out of the hand as if by magic. Last but not least, the Gretsch G5622T-140 Electromatic Center Block Double-Cut is equipped with a Bigsby B70 vibrato system for dazzling pitch changes.
