4-string electric bass with Alnico single-coils and passive electronics
The Squier Paranormal Jazz Bass '54 MN White Blonde combines the great playability and versatile sound of the popular Jazz Bass with the original style of the 54 Precision Bass. In addition to the large one-ply pickguard in black, the comfortable offset body carries two Alnico single-coils and a control plate with two stacked pots that house separate volume and tone controls for each pickup. Plugged into a bass amp, this four-string turns out to be a multi-faceted all-rounder, whose sound spectrum ranges from wiry sound with enormous assertiveness to thrusting tones with emphasis on the powerful low-end foundation. The bolt-on maple neck of the Squier Paranormal Jazz Bass '54 offers comfortable handling thanks to its "C" profile and the usual slim 1.5" nut width (38 mm), so that every groove gets out of your fingers with playful ease. Indestructible hardware in the form of a 4-saddle bass bridge and precise open-gear tuners completes the Squier Paranormal Jazz Bass '54 MN White Blonde.
The Squier Paranormal Jazz Bass '54 MN White Blonde combines the 54 P-Bass style with the playing and sound characteristics of the Jazz Bass.
