The Universal Audio Brigade Chorus & Vibrato produces warm vintage shimmer sounds from the mid-seventies. Derived from the extremely popular Astra Modulation Machine, this effect pedal from the UAFX series is clearly based on traditional sounds, such as those created with the Boss CE-1, and packs the unmistakable sound into a compact stompbox format. In addition to the selector switch for chorus or vibrato, there are three controls. Rate determines the speed of the effect, while Depth determines the depth of the effect. The output volume can also be adjusted with the level control. Furthermore, the Universal Audio Brigade Chorus & Vibrato offers an additional switchable preamp, which is very much in the style of classic analogue vintage preamps.
