The Universal Audio Dream '65 Reverb Amplifier expands the popular UAFX Pedals series of the American recording specialists with a practical stereo preamp in pedal format. With the simulation of a legendary amp from California and the matching speakers, it is ideally suited for direct pickup on stage and in the recording studio Studio. The powerful UAFX Dual Engine promises particularly detailed and natural sound images, while the UAFX Control App offers extensive setting options for the perfect sound.
Authentic sound with Californian character
The sonic heart of the Dream '65 is the authentic simulation of a vintage California amp with a black control panel. While the "Stock" voicing calls up the traditional, glassy Clean-Sound, the "D-Tex" and "Lead" voicings take their cues from popular mods and deliver top-notch overdrive tones. Besides the detailed simulated spring reverb, the UA Dream '65 naturally offers a vibrato effect for harmonic volume modulations.
Detailed speaker simulations
To achieve a particularly natural sound experience with the Dream '65, Universal Audio equips the pedal with a versatile speaker simulation that is sonically oriented to the traditional 1x12 combo cabinet and offers additional microphone modelling. Here, in addition to the authentic simulation of the original Oxford speaker, replicas of two legendary speakers of British and American origin are available.
UAFX Control App for advanced setup options
Via the USB Type-C jack and the built-in Bluetooth module, the Universal Audio Dream '65 Reverb Amplifier also makes contact with the UAFX Control App, which is available for mobile devices running iOS or Android, PC or Mac. In addition to advanced settings and the option to archive presets, the software offers the ability to load Artist presets onto the guitar pedal.
I can’t really rate it because it hasn’t arrived yet due to the crap courier GLS that you use, they eventually will ruin your business if you don’t get rid of them, sorry for the rant but it’s been a month now with no response kick them to the Curb.
