Country legend Buck Owens was a pioneer of the "Bakersfield Sound" genre and made music history in the 20th century as a singer, songwriter and manager. Now Fender is launching the Buck Owens Telecaster MN Red, Silver and Blue Sparkle to celebrate the iconic US country musician. The highlight of the Telecaster is the unmissable colors of the Red, Silver and Blue Sparkle finish, which are emblematic of the legendary Bakersfield sound, while the golden Hardware skilfully underlines the unique glitter finish. Under the hood, the body is made of alder, which is complemented by a white double-bound binding. The bolt-on maple neck in the late '50s "C" profile in combination with the 21-fret maple fingerboardwith anauthentic7.25" radius delivers a genuine vintage feel. The legendary Telecaster sound is realized by two Custom Buck Owens Alnico Tele single coils and enables the iconic Tele twang, which is characterized by defined highs and present mids. The iconic design is completed by the golden 3-saddle Vintage-Style strings-through-body Tele bridge and the vintage-style tuners. In addition, the pickguard, the Tele control plate and the neck pickup cover also feature a golden Finish finish, giving the electric guitar a sophisticated look.
