The Fender Player II Telecaster HH RW Black is the perfect opportunity for Tele fans who want a little more power from their instrument. The Telecaster electric guitar from the Player II series, with its double humbucker configuration, offers particularly powerful sounds that allow this successful model, which has been tried and tested for over seven decades, to easily penetrate the harder realms of hard rock and metal. Additional highlights include its modernized shaping for an even better playing feel and the solid in-house hardware equipment, which skilfully combines classic vintage flair with practical functionality.
Perfect for rock and metal: the Fender Player II Telecaster HH with double humbuckers.
Ergonomic alder body & 'Modern-C' maple neck
Although the alder body of the Fender Player II Telecaster HH RW Black initially follows the classic Tele shaping when viewed from the front, the back features a wide 'tummy cut', which greatly improves the playability of the instrument both on the strap and when played on the lap. On the other hand, the slim 'Modern-C' profile of the maple neck provides the fretting hand with a comfortable thumb rest for the carefree execution of Chords and leads on the 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with a modern 9.5" radius.
Powerful sounds thanks to double humbucker pickups
With its two Fender Player Series humbucker pickups in the neck and bridge position, the Fender Player II Telecaster HH skillfully sets itself apart from its classic sound and gives the usual Tele sound additional assertiveness. The two double coilers fitted with Alnico 2 magnets produce a powerful output that is ideal for hotter rock sounds and also effectively suppresses background noise so that no unwanted background noise is to be expected even when played in high gain. Both pickups are controlled via a classic electric layout with shared volume and tone controls.
