The Guild B-240EF Fretless Natural is from the Westerly Collection and takes up the legacy of the legendary Guild B50 bass guitar from the seventies and follows the classic jumbo construction for full sounds with detailed low-end. The voluminous body of the B-240E consists of Mahogany in the back and sides and is finished with a tone-wood top made of solid Sitka Spruce. Thanks to Scalloped X Bracing, it provides a balanced response with soft attack and long sustain. With its 30.75” short scale neck and slim C-neck profile, the B-240EF fretless bass is designed for easy playing in all registers, making it ideal for beginners as well. The Fishman Sonitone pick-up system has been especially adapted to the low frequencies of the bass, and the B-240E can also be amplified for performances, jams and rehearsals or for professional recording purposes.
