Limited edition Signature PRS electric guitar by Dustie Waring
With the PRS DW CE24 Hardtail Limited Edition Jade Smokeburst, Paul Reed Smith presents the signature electric guitar of "Between the Buried and Me" guitarist Dustie Waring in a limited edition. Based on the proven CE24 model, the electric guitar impresses with first-class playing comfort and hot sounds for technically adept progressive and death metal. The PRS DW CE24 features a mahogany body with a curly maple top, while the bolt-on maple neck has a modified "Dustie Waring" profile and a maple fingerboard with the typical bird inlays. Two Mojotone DW Tomahawk humbuckers deliver differentiated sounds with enormous assertiveness on the amplifier, even with extreme drop tunings and high gain.
The Limited Edition Dustie Waring CE24 Signature PRS electric guitar is equipped with Gen. 2 DW Tomahawk pickups, which offer pronounced lows with defined highs thanks to their Alnico 5 magnets.
The PRS Plate Style Bridge with string guidance through the body noticeably improves the sustain behavior of the instrument.
PRS PlateStyle Bridge in string-through design
The in-house PRS PlateStyle bridge offers individual string saddles that can be used to set perfect intonation for each individual side. The string-through design of the bridge promises optimized resonance mapping and increased sustain, while the ergonomic shape of the base Plate always provides a comfortable resting surface for the right hand, even with palm mutes.
Two second-generation Mojotone DW Tomahawk humbuckers provide powerful and articulate high-gain sounds.
Mojotone Dustie Waring Gen 2 Tomahawk
The two Mojotone Dustie Waring Tomahawk humbuckers in the second Generation are clearly high-output pickups that cut an excellent figure in distorting realms. The two double coilers offer an articulate, clear signal with a dense bass component that is able to skillfully reproduce both tight rhythms and singing leads.
