The Roland TM-6 Pro Drum Trigger Module is a professional sound module with 6 trigger inputs and various features to optimize the live performance for drummers. 500 One Shot Samples and 268 V-drum sounds are already pre-installed in 80 kits, which can be extended as required via SD card. A powerful layer function in the module as well as separate EQ's, compressor and MFX for each trigger make it easy to personalize your own sounds and implement them with professional standard on stage. In addition, backing tracks and samples can be played back from the SD card during a performance and sent directly to the PA or mixer. The volume of the Roland TM-6 Pro's backing track, headphones and click can then be adjusted independently, giving the drummer the perfect monitor sound. The four Direct Out outputs can be routed differently and in combination with the Stereo Master Out there are several possibilities to use the trigger module from Roland for every live situation. A MIDI Out is also available, so the module can be used as a trigger-to-MIDI converter in conjunction with an audio interface.
The Roland TM-6 Pro has 6 stereo trigger inputs, in which up to 12 mono triggers can be connected. 500 One Shot Samples and 268 V-Drum Sounds are available, which are combined in 80 pre-stored kits. Of course, the drummer can also assemble his own user kits and additionally record his own samples via the SD card slot. A wide range of effects and settings are available for each trigger channel, including transients, pitch, decay and MFX as well as separate Eq's and compressors. With the layer function, personal sound ideas can be implemented in a targeted manner. The trigger response is extremely fast and realistic, thanks to newly developed control of attack and release parameters. A MIDI Out on the side of the TM-6 allows the use as trigger-to-MIDI converter with audio interface or DAW.
The SD card slot can be used to play entire backing tracks and samples, which are then routed to a specific output. The built-in metronome provides the right click. Metronome, backing track and headphones can be independently adjusted in volume. Four direct outs, which can be used as desired, and a stereo master out enable the perfect mix.
