The Universal Audio Max Preamp & Dual Compressor is a collection of the most popular compressors in a compact pedal format. The practical and smart-to-use pedal has a two-channel design so that various combinations of the different compressors can also be switched and activated separately. Available is a classic Teletronix LA-2A, a FET-powered 1176 and a circuit modelled after the Dyna Comp, which are in no way inferior to the incomparable sound character of the originals and offers via the UAFX Control App extended functionality in terms of EQ settings, sidechaining and much more. furthermore, the Universal Audio Max offers a global preamp control that follows the legendary tube-powered and 610 Tube Mic Preamp in terms of sound and response. Thanks to dual inputs and outputs, the Max can also be easily integrated into stereo effects setups.
