The VOX MV50 CL Clean is a compact guitar amplifier head that contains Nutube Technology and offers a 50W RMS output at 4 Ohm. Built with analogue circuitry, this amplifier head contains an EQ switch with innovative production techniques. Featuring speaker and line/headphone outputs, this guitar amplifier head is ideal for a range applications including use on the stage, at home or in the studio for recording.
This CL Clean model is engineered to produce a natural undistorted tone with plenty of added headroom. Ideal for a range of guitar styles, this MV50 is equipped with an all-analogue preamp circuit that features Nutube, which is a vacuum tube that produces an authentic tube tone in a compact size. Each VOX MV50 CL Clean comes with an AC adapter cable.

it sounds great straight on flat & still has a low noise floor when pushing the front end a bit.
This amp is amazing for the price and it is way better than I was expecting it to be.
The bass & treble controls really make you hear the bass strings & the treble strings very clearly.
I have 7 different amps & some are 20 times the price of this, yes they have more features, but the sound you get from this is impressive. it will make me improve as it picks up every touch I make.
What a fantastic little amp - much more powerful than its diminutive size would suggest. Lovely clean tones and the built-in attenuator is great for home practice. The on/off switch at the back is a bit fiddly which is really the only design flaw. Small enough to fit on a pedal board, this would be a perfect back-up amp for a gigging guitarist. No effects loop, but you don't need one for a clean amp. I'm very pleased with it.
