The Arturia KeyLab 88 MkII (White) is an 88-note USB/MIDI Keyboard with Hammer-Action and After-Touch, which integrates perfectly into any studio space or stage set-up. With a series of templates, this USB Controller is ready to go for use with Cubase, Ableton, Logic, FL Studio, Pro Tools, Bitwig, Studio One and Digital Performer. With 9x Faders and Encoders and 16x Velocity-Sensitive Pads, the KeyLab 88 MkII is an indispensable tool in any musical production tasks.
Connectivity
In addition to the convenient USB Port for PC connection, the KeyLab MkII has MIDI Inputs and Outputs, connections for Sustain and Expression Pedals, 3x additional Pedals and even a CV Input, all of which can be freely assigned. In terms of further Outputs, an Analogue Interface has been installed that offers CV, Gate and 2x assignable parameters such as Velocity and Modulation Wheel to control a Modular System.
Convenient Mounting Options
The KeyLab 88 MkII features an Upright Stand made of Clear Plastic, which acts as a more conventional Music Rest for Sheet Music or a Tablet. Furthermore, the top-right of the Controller’s Control Panel has a Flat Stand added, providing a non-slip surface for Laptops or an Audio Interface.
Included Software Package
The KeyLab MkII comes with a number of professional Plug-Ins: Ableton Live Lite, Analog Lab 4 (with over 6000x Pre-Sets), Vox Continental V (drawbar Organ with 60s/70s sounds), Wurli V (Wurlitzer 200A Electric Piano) and Piano V (various Pianos).
Transport Case:
For protecting the Arturia KeyLab 88 MkII during transportation, we recommend using a Boxprofi RS-Series Flight Case (KeyLab 88 MkII).
Arturia KeyLab 88 MkII (White)A fantastic keyboard. The keys are heavy but suit my playing style, and the control available is exceptional – from MIDI to CV and Gate. I love the DAW control section, along with faders and pan knobs, which can also be used to tweak synth parameters. Rock solid build quality and not unattractive.
