The Epiphone L-00 Studio is a legendary blues electro acoustic guitar in a parlour body shape that has found a new generation of followers thanks to its small size, making it ideal as a travel guitar.
The Epiphone EL-00 Studio features a solid spruce top with select mahogany back and sides. The neck, also mahogany, is cut in a SlimTaper, 'D'-shaped profile and is topped with a rosewood fingerboard, decorated with pearloid dot inlays.
The EL-00 Studio is equipped with a Fishman Sonicore under-saddle pickup with a Fishman Sonitone preamp in the soundhole, offering controls for Master Volume and Master Tone. The guitar is finished in Vintage Sunburst with a tortoise-shell style pickguard, while the headstock has nickel Grover machine heads with mini-buttons.

I was looking for a guitar with a great sound and not VERY expensive, and this was it !
I just loved it, the sound, the colour, the build quality, and when you see the guitar live, its even more buetiful !
It has a fichman pickup under the the settle and it sound beutiful.
Anoher thing i love its that all the controls, tone and volume, are hidden inside the guitar on the edge of the sound whole, wich adds to the look factor in this guitar !
It also a great intrument for composers and song-writers like myself !

After a professional setup where the truss rod and saddle height were adjusted, it plays beautifully. The Epiphone badge on the pickguard has dropped off but I don't see this as a negative because it now looks more like it's substantially more expensive Gibson brother...
