The Gretsch G9202 Honey Dipper Special Round-Neck is a strictly limited special model of the extremely popular G9201 Honey Dipper in the unique Bell Bronze finish. With its body made entirely of resonant bell brass, the Honey Dipper from the Roots Collection forms the perfect basis for the newly developed Gretsch "Ampli-Sonic" resonator in biscuit style. This is made by hand in Eastern Europe and produces an astonishingly powerful sound that can also hold its own against louder acoustic instruments in the band mix. Further advantages of the Gretsch G9202 Honey Dipper Special Round-Neck include an easily playable mahogany neck with a distinctive "Medium V" profile, visual finesse in the form of AgedWhite fingerboard bindings and pearloid headstock veneer as well as six original Grover Sta-Tite tuners with round buttons.
