The Hedd Audio Type 20 is a fully-fledged three-way speaker system build within a sleek and compact cabinet. The Type 20 offers both convenient dimensions to easily fit into compact recording, mastering, or sophisticated home studios and is still equipped with all of the characteristics of a full-range midfield monitoring system. Based around a strong, rubber-coated cabinet that incorporates self-designed Honeycomb-sandwich woofers (7” bass/4” midrange) and the HEDD Air Motion Transformer tweeter, this speaker delivers an alive, accurate high frequency reproduction at all times.

Three 300W Class-D ICE power modules function in the amplifier section of these analogue speakers. This ultra-compact monitor delivers pristine, powerful and effortless sound at all times with particularly clarity in the midrange. Offering better dynamics and an increased three-dimensionality across the sound stage, the Type 20 delivers a frequency spectrum ranging from 50kHz all the way down to 32Hz.

This monitor incorporates the versatile HEDD Bridge system that allows you to add standard analogue connections (XLR/RCA) as well as optional input-cards for AES3-, USB2-, and even Dante / AES67-functionality into the free slot on the back panel of the speaker.
