Intellijel Scales

The Intellijel Scales is a Quantizer module with two individual outputs and a Sequenzer -function. It generates definable scaling from almost any CV source and is therefore ideal for creating riffs. It has a normal input Oktave controlled by 1V/ and accepts 0V to 10V. There is also a shift input that accepts signals from 0 to 10 Volt , or -5 to +5 Volt . This results in transpositions of -12/+12 semitones. In addition, the module has rewritable preset banks for own scales. The quantization can be based on the trigger input or can pass smoothly. Most of the time you go directly from the quantiser to the oscillator to get it on a certain tone scale. It is also possible to conjure up a stepped control signal from a wild CV modulation.
