The Positive Grid BIAS Distortion Twin is an overdrive and distortion that allows you to recreate the sounds of a variety of classic digital and analogue devices with Positive Grid’s ground-breaking component emulation technology and store them on the BIAS Delay.

The Distortion Twin comes with 9 factory distortion presets, 4 tone shaping knobs, separate booster switch, selectable true or buffer bypass, as well as Positive Grid’s own component emulation software and access to thousands of sounds via the Positive Grid ToneCloud.

Connecting to BIAS Pedal software on a desktop computer or mobile device, you can recreate the sound of almost any existing gain pedal and create entirely new sounds and textures with Positive Grid’s ground-breaking component emulation technology. Utilize two separate clipping sections and mix and match the characteristics of germanium/silicon diodes, JFET/MOSFETs and vacuum tube gain blocks. Change the headroom by varying the voltage on the virtual power supply, modify the feel of the pedal with the compressor, or utilize two super-flexible EQ stages for even more tone-shaping power. There’s even a built-in noise gate - the sonic possibilities are immense!

The BIAS Distortion Twin is built into a sturdy road-ready enclosure and uses high-quality components. Built-in Bluetooth wireless means you can adjust settings with your mobile device even at the gig, and the industry-standard DC power jack is compatible with every professional pedalboard power supply on the market.
