Synthrotek Roboto

The Synthrotek Roboto is a vocoder/voice-changing effects unit for Eurorack modular synthesizer systems. The Roboto can accept a variety of different sound sources, from microphones to mp3 players/phones and has an input gain control to accommodate the different levels of input. The effects of this unit include ‘Robot’, which creates robotic vocoder sounds, ‘Vibrato’, which creates a lush variable vibrato sound and a pitch shifter. All the effects are controllable by CV which allows for maximum experimentation. The Roboto also features a Dry/Wet mix control which allows you to adjust the level of the original input signal against the effected sound. The Roboto also features a Cylon-esque graphic that illuminates according to the rate of your input signal.
