The Arturia MiniBrute 2 is a Monosynth inspired by its predecessor, an instrument that is often cited as being a revolution on the analogue scene when it first appeared. Version 2 includes all the features that made the original so indispensable and brings a great deal more to the table.
The MiniBrute 2 has a very powerful toolset to use in synthesis, all visible on the unit’s surface. Here you will find 2x VCOs with selectable waveforms, an Oscillator Mixer to tailor the output mix, the renowned Steiner-Parker Multimode Filter (LP, HP & BP, Notch and Resonance), an ADSR Envelope Filter, the Brute Factor amp simulator, a dedicated AD Envelope (with CV controllable times), an analogue style Patchbay with 48x CV I/O, a pair of LFOs, a Sequencer/Arpeggiator with Transport controls, Performance Controls (Mod Wheel, Aftertouch and Pitch Bend) and a 25-note Keyboard with Aftertouch.
