Thick Soft V maple neck with satin finish
The Fender JV Modified '50s Telecaster MN White Blonde relies on a beefy Fifties neck made of maple, whose Thick Soft V profile is modelled after the feel of classic Telecaster necks of the Fifties. Here, the Satin Finish on the back of the neck provides a comfortable thumb rest and smooth layer changes across all 21 frets in the medium-jumbo format, while the modernized fretboard radius of 9.5" skillfully emphasizes both secure chord playing and controlled bending.
The Fender JV Modified '50s Telecaster MN White Blonde offers classic Tele feel, additional switching options and tuning stable locking tuners.
Out-of-Phase Sounds
In order to elicit additional tones from the Fender JV Modified '50s Telecaster MN White Blonde that go beyond the familiar options of the Telecaster, the two vintage-style single coils used are connected in a classic way but can be switched to the out-of-phase mode by operating the push/pull function of the second tone control. Thus, each of the four switch positions of the JV Modified '50s Telecaster MN White Blonde offers an additional sound, which is expressed especially in the serial connection of both single coils by a clear and pointed sound with characteristic 'quack'.
