With the Hcard-701 REV2 memory card from Hypersynth, a Yamaha DX7 Mk1 can be expanded up to 12800 memory locations, which are distributed over 400 banks. 400 banks of 32 sounds each contain not only the original factory presets of the DX7 Mk1, but also 16 banks of carefully selected new sounds. Thanks to the Hcard-701, you no longer have to search for old RAM4 memory cards in advertisements, which can also only manage a small number of sounds. Equipped with a display and buttons, it navigates comfortably through the sound banks, which can also be overwritten by the user. The write-protect function prevents unwanted changes to existing programs in the heat of the moment. New in version 2: The CNC-milled metal housing with scratch-free, gold-colored anodizing, a new microprocessor with more stable firmware and reduced power consumption.
