The Ibanez KIKO200-GMT Kiko Loureiro Prestige (Green Mist Burst) is the signature instrument of Angra/Megadeth guitarist Kiko Loureiro, possessing not only with optimal playing characteristics, but also first-class sounds for massive riffs and virtuoso solos. Ibanez uses a Mahogany body with an intensively drawn cloud maple top and a fast Maple/Wenge neck with a flat profile and Ebony fingerboard. The HSH set-up is made of DiMarzio KIKO Original pick-ups and delivers differentiated sounds through the guitar amplifier, which are equally suitable for clean passages as well as brutal high gain riffing. The Ibanez KIKO200 also features the first-class Ibanez Edge Tremolo System.
DiMarzio KIKO200 Pick-Ups
The HSH pick-up configuration of the KIKO200-GMT is provided by the New York pick-up manufacturer DiMarzio. Developed in close cooperation with the Brazilian virtuoso, the DiMarzio KIKO Original Ceramic Humbuckers, installed in the neck and bridge position, deliver cultivated clean and distortion sounds with fast response and high assertiveness. In the middle, the DiMarzio KIKO Original Single Coil also provides belly-transparent sounds. In addition to the classic 5-way circuit with Master Volume and Master Tone, there is also a mini-switch that can be used to split both humbuckers into single coils.
Edge Tremolo & Gotoh Machine Heads
The KIKO200-GMT is equipped with the Ibanez Edge Tremolo, which, thanks to the proven double locking construction, can take on even the most aggressive uses of the Whammy Bar with unshakeable tuning stability, while the flat profile guarantees a high level of playing comfort. Precise Gotoh tuners are also present on the headstock.

The KIKO200-GMT Green Mist Burst is crafted in Japan, and uses first-class wood selection. The Mahogany body is covered with a cloud Maple top in immaculate AAAA quality, the intense pattern of which is perfectly accentuated by the transparent green finish. Thanks to the Ibanez All Access Neck Joint and the flat KIKO200 profile, the Maple/Wenge neck with 4x screws can be played unhindered up to the highest positions of the Ebony fingerboard.
