An L80 Low Volume cymbal is perfect for drummers looking for a quieter sound without losing the authentic feel of a Zildjian cymbal. Through tireless research and development by the Zildjian Sound Lab, a specialised pattern was achieved to deliver the best of both worlds: musical sound and lower volume. This state-of-the-art pattern is combined with a proprietary alloy and then given a unique matte finish that enables these L80 Low Volume cymbals to be up to 80% quieter than a traditional cymbal. The new L80 Low Volume cymbals are up to 80% quieter than a traditional cymbal without losing the authentic Zildjian feel.

I found this Zildjian low volume 468 which is the product that i was looking for. The product is so perfect for my needs. Match it with the a REMO silent stroke and you will have an 80% feel of practicing with a complete drum set. Product is highly recommended.

Very cool that they've come up with something like this. Works great in conjunction with Silent Stroke drumheads. It's really much lower in volume than regular cymbals.
The tone is a bit higher, missing some body. I don't dare to play them with wood tip sticks because of those holes. But just for pratice with nylon tips it works splendidly.
